The fourth and final chapter of the TV series adaptation of Shinzuka Hiromu's manga "Wagamama☆Fairy Milmo de Pon!", featuring the fairy Milmo, who excels at love-granting magic. Now in her third year of junior high, Kaede is disappointed to find herself in a different class from her beloved Yuuki. Around this time, she receives a confession from her classmate Sumida and begins to develop feelings for him. Meanwhile, Yuuki's childhood friend Haruka transfers into his class. A new breeze begins to blow through the environment surrounding Kaede and her partner Milmo. With the appearance of rivals, the romantic entanglements of Kaede and the others become even more complex than in the previous series. The heartfelt bonds between the fairies, like Milmo who cheer on love, and the humans are carefully depicted, unfolding a drama worthy of the final chapter.
