Busy Day

The anime's protagonist is named A Lan, a female university student. In the early morning, A Lan receives a message requiring her to submit a satisfactory piece of work by 12 o'clock that night. Initially, she energetically brainstorms and begins creating, but every time she is about to start writing, she is interrupted by her phone and forced to pause her work to check it. After repeatedly being disrupted and wasting time on electronic devices, A Lan's inspiration gradually dries up, and she is unable to submit her work within the deadline. In the end, she produces a piece that is vastly different from what she originally envisioned, concluding a terrible day. The inspiration for this story is based on my own experiences, reflecting on my daily life state to create this script. Contemporary young people are easily influenced by electronic devices like phones, which reduces their efficiency in work and study while also diminishing the depth of self-exploration and value. Through this comedic animated short, I hope to show the audience how phones disrupt our normal work and life rhythms.
