On this day, a new amusement park called "20th Century Expo" suddenly opens near Kasukabe, where Shin-chan lives. The park is filled with old TV shows and movies from the past 20th century—everything here is a replay of bygone days. Every adult who enters becomes immersed in the nostalgia of the old times, while for children, these things hold no interest at all. To Shin-chan's great surprise, once his parents enter the amusement park, they pay no attention to anything else, completely lost in the past.
