The film follows the adventures of the dashing yet brutally violent exploitation film actor/director and former masked wrestler El Superbeasto, and his sexy "partner" and sister—the super-agent Suzi-X. They must race against time to stop the evil Dr. Satan and his accomplice Otto from taking over the world by marrying the vulgar stripper Velvet Von Black, who bears the mark of the devil on her backside. This adventure takes place in the mysterious world of monsters.
