Under a sky shrouded by dark clouds, a little girl stands alone on the rooftop of a concrete building. She directs a pair of hands that mimic the flight of white doves. These "white doves" continuously grow and overlap, resembling rows of migrating geese. The "white doves" keep flying, and the little girl follows them through the forest, arriving at a chaotic amusement park, then a war-torn city. Unfortunately, an invading large bird pecks at the "white doves," causing blood to flow, while a gleeful fox dances nearby. The little girl rushes to help, picking up a slingshot to drive away the large bird, but it is all in vain. In this city haunted by ghosts, two headless giant statues play a clapping game, back and forth, with no clear winner. When the little girl returns to the unfinished building's rooftop, the "white doves" are gone, the sunlight has faded, and the only things unchanged are the gloomy sky above and herself.
