A political satire animation directed by Argentine filmmaker Quirino Cristiani, it is the world's first publicly released feature-length sound animation. The entire film has been lost. Originally satirizing President Yrigoyen, the plot was rewritten midway due to a coup, utilizing cardboard cutout animation techniques and Vitaphone records for sound.
