One day, Jerry is awarded a doctorate and granted the qualification to open a teaching class, thanks to his extensive experience in outwitting cats. His first student is none other than the mischievous and clever Tuffy. Tuffy arrives early and waits in the classroom, while our teacher Jerry barely makes it to class after narrowly escaping Tom’s fierce pursuit. The lesson begins with Jerry explaining the terror of cats to Tuffy, scaring the little one to tears. Next, Jerry proceeds to teach the skills of outsmarting cats. He sets up a model of a cat’s paw inside the hole to train Tuffy in dodging it, but Tuffy’s tail gets caught. Dissatisfied, Jerry decides to demonstrate himself, only to end up battered and dazed. The following lessons become even more perilous, such as plucking a single whisker or tying a bell around the cat’s neck.
Interestingly, Tuffy always manages to complete the tasks by accident, while our great expert Jerry faces nothing but misfortune...
