The azure sea, the enchanting small island, the captivating scenery of the Caribbean attracts tourists from all over the world. Even Tom, the lazy old cat, and the mischievous, clever little mouse Jerry have come here on a cruise ship for vacation. Tom gazes out the porthole at the beautiful ocean view, and sees a nimble man standing on a surfboard, playing with the waves. He can no longer contain his excitement, grabs his surfboard, and rushes out. Perhaps he is too eager—first bumping into the doorframe, then tumbling repeatedly onto the deck, the dinghy, and the beach, leaving Jerry gasping in astonishment. Finally making it to the sea, Tom rides a huge wave and starts surfing. Suddenly, a massive shark grins menacingly ahead, waiting for him. Tom desperately paddles the surfboard to evade the shark's attack, moving so fast that he actually takes flight, only to crash into a rock. It seems this is destined to be yet another not-so-peaceful vacation...
