少女和云

This film is the work of renowned Swiss experimental animation director Georges Schwizgebel. Through rich oil painting aesthetics and lush musical accompaniment, the director tells us a modern version of the Cinderella transformation into a princess. 　　Amidst the fields, gazing at the blue sky and white clouds, surrounded by countless white doves—this is the longing in the girl’s heart. Yet in reality, she is merely an inconspicuous “Cinderella,” busy every day serving several noble young ladies of similar age but privileged status. Later, a pair of glass shoes makes the “Prince” favor her alone, and she transforms into the “Princess” envied by all.
