When Crystal Winter's parents, the rulers of winter, are infected by dust from the Evil Queen's mirror, a fierce winter storm ensues. Crystal returns to Ever After, embarking on a quest for the roses of the seasons with her friends Ashlynn and Briar. Crystal Winter is the daughter of the Snow Queen and is destined to rule over winter someday. However, Jackie Frost and the North Wind have other plans—to curse the King and Queen. Crystal flees to Ever After High, where she and her best friends Briar and Ashlynn set out on a mission to save her parents, while Faybelle Thorn still has a few tricks up her sleeve.
