In ancient times, Yayu was the god of the Weak Water, with Qing’e as his beloved. Due to his illustrious military achievements, he became the target of envy and hatred by the evil gods Wei and Erfu. Wei and Erfu lured Yayu to his death at Guixu. The Heavenly Emperor revived Yayu, but the resurrected Yayu became possessed by a demon, bringing chaos to the Weak Water.
