"Cyclone Speed" tells the story of Lei Shou, the son of the Mad Emperor, who, disgusted by his father's actions, leaves his side and enrolls at Thirty-Three Middle School. There, Lei Shou meets Han Bing, Yan Shi, and Situ Hongling, and together they form the Thirty-Three Middle School Shuttle Team to compete in races. Later, Li Yanzhi from Diyuan Middle School also joins them. The young team struggles hard on the track and finally reaches the finals. However, during the Black Championship Finals, an accident occurs: to save Yan Shi and the Lightning shuttle, captain Lei Shou goes missing. The teammates then go their separate ways. One year later, Yan Shi returns with Hollande, and Han Bing receives a special invitation from Henry. The team reunites, renames themselves the Thunder and Lightning Team, and enters the World Elite Invitational Tournament. The journey of the Thunder and Lightning Team continues.
