In the pouring rain, Eeva appears at her husband's funeral. Pale-faced comrades from the underworld come to bid their farewells, their weeping strangely exaggerated upon closer inspection. As the mournful music begins, the black widow revisits midnight dreams, unraveling the truth behind her husband's death. Swallowing sobs and exchanging toasts, she lets a few woodpeckers and several dreams fill the void. The plot takes bizarre twists within its cold, humorous tone, carrying on the dark tradition of Estonian animation.
