The story revolves around four energetic panda cubs who fall into a cave and gain supernatural chi powers from the legendary "Four Constellations," laying the foundation for them to become great heroes. However, these four young pandas must seek guidance from the Dragon Warrior, Po, to truly achieve greatness—a premise deeply rooted in the wuxia novel tradition.
