Tintin (voiced by Colin O'Meara) is a journalist whose wisdom and courage far surpass what one might expect from his 1.37-meter stature. In his quest to uncover the truth and vanquish evil, he travels across the world with his loyal dog Snowy (voiced by Susan Roman), befriending all kinds of righteous allies along the way. In the series, due to the criminal activities of a drug trafficking ring, Tintin meets his best friend for life, Captain Haddock (voiced by David Fox). This fateful encounter changes both of their destinies forever. From the stormy ports of Morocco to the scorching, desolate Sahara Desert, Tintin and the Captain relentlessly pursue the footsteps of crime, ultimately capturing the entire drug smuggling gang. Once again, justice claims its victory! Meanwhile, Tintin also becomes entangled in a political whirlpool. His friend General Alcazar (voiced by Wayne Robson) has long been threatened by political rivals. With Tintin's help, he finally overthrows the previous dictator's rule and becomes a tolerant and outstanding leader.
