In a world dominated by animals, Chasing Wind, the younger brother of the wild horse family, loses his parents and endures the brutal conflicts among the animals. Eventually, he reunites with his long-lost sister, Cloud Cleaver, and leads the wild horse family to escape the strife, returning to their homeland in the East.
