The rat demon commands the bat demon and the poisonous hedgehog to lure the siblings into "Guai Cheng" (Strange City). Within "Guai Cheng," there are many small towns inhabited entirely by dwarves. The city is filled with bizarre and peculiar occurrences, and it is also the place where the rat demon unleashes its dark magic to launch a comprehensive attack on the siblings. The brother and sister endure various trials within "Guai Cheng," engaging in a battle of wits and courage against the rat demon. They never reveal the secret of the super-gene shrinking agent, thus averting a great disaster for humanity. The villains, led by the rat demon, ultimately receive their deserved punishment. The entire series is exaggerated, absurd, deeply meaningful, full of climaxes, and rich in imagination, making it a film brimming with childlike charm.
