The time for the final battle against the arch-enemy Hellar Army has come for both Earth and the Ultra Star, U40. As the entire Earth comes under attack from the Hellar Army, Ultraman Jonias's sister, Amia, risks danger and flies in seeking reinforcements. Defying the Earth Defense Force's orders to stand down, the Science Guard Team launches a fierce assault on the Hellar Army's forward base, Titan, aboard the giant battleship Ultria, in order to aid U40.
