The film tells the story of an ordinary office worker, Li Mingyang, who enters a desolate world called Extreme City after scanning a QR code. In this world, there are no rules or laws—it is eerie, mysterious, and filled with slaughter. The only way to advance and survive is to continuously kill randomly appearing enforcers. Faced with this cold-blooded world, the kind-hearted Li Mingyang undergoes extreme tests of humanity, friendship, and love. As he and his companions search for a way to escape this world, the mastermind behind Extreme City gradually comes to light.
