The flame of life illuminates these days.
Having repelled the first usurper's attack and protected the flame of life, Meio and Saki have returned.
In preparation for the coming battle against the second usurper, they continue to live their daily lives.
Time flows, and summer arrives. The long vacation is a paradise for the young.
Blue skies, sea, fireworks. Shopping, training, homework, camps. The once-in-a-lifetime summer of their first year in high school.
Even the changed everyday life was still filled with miracles.
And so, the second ritual begins. Riding their Valisia, Meio and Saki throw themselves into a new battle.
The changing relationships, the unavoidable reality, and the destiny that lies ahead—the repeating days were filled with happiness, and happiness was the present.
At the far end of fate, when their hearts intertwine, the Ninth Giant discards its mask.
To love every single "now." To ensure not a single thing is lost anymore.
—This is a fragment of that summer.
A record of our existence in those ordinary days that will surely be forgotten someday.
