"Expression of Love" is the first public service announcement broadcasted by CCTV Advertising Management Center after soliciting creative ideas from the public and undergoing packaging and production. This public service announcement interprets the warmth and essence of "family" through the evolution of the letters in the English word "family." The video was created by Zhang Deyuan, a recent university graduate from Zhejiang, as a tribute to his father on the fifth anniversary of his passing in 2008. This animated video won the Outstanding Television Image Promotional Award (including television public service announcements) at the 26th China TV Golden Eagle Awards.
