The story focuses on the lovable loser Kite Man, who, along with his new girlfriend Golden Glider, moonlights as criminals to fund their foolish purchase—Noonan's, Gotham's most disreputable dive bar. Opening a bar under the shadow of Lex Luthor's "Legion of Doom" takes Kite Man and Golden Glider's relationship to the next level. No one said serving beer to the most dangerous villains outside Arkham Asylum would be easy, but sometimes you just want a place where everybody knows your name, and everybody knows how to hide a body.
