After obtaining the technology to shrink humans, the Rat King built Dream Island, intending to shrink and imprison all the citizens of Cube City there in order to seize control of the city. When Shuke and Beita arrive at Dream Island while transporting airport passengers, they become entangled in this conspiracy. They step forward, thwart the Rat King's scheme, and save the citizens of Cube City.
