"Tokio Jokio" (English: Tokio Jokio; Japanese: 東京情況) is a 1943 Looney Tunes propaganda short film directed by Norman McCabe. The animation is notorious and controversial for its racist depictions of Japanese people. This film is also considered the last animation directed by Norman McCabe. The name of the cartoon is a pun on "Tokyo", the capital of Japan (Tokio is the old English romanization), and "joke".
