小甜甜 剧场版

Released in April 1992. Produced as a substitute for the canceled remake TV anime series. It concisely summarizes the early part of the story (up to the Ardlay family's dance party). Many characters were recast with younger voice actors. Performers included then-newcomers and young talents from Aoni Production, such as Ryō Horikawa, Masaya Onosaka, Hikaru Midorikawa, and Yumi Tōma. Additionally, the newly arranged and re-recorded theme song "Candy Candy '92" was used. As a result, this became the final visual work of "Candy Candy" produced in Japan.
