The original work resumed serialization in the weekly magazine "AERA" (Asahi Shimbun Publications) at the end of 2019 after a seven-year hiatus. Now, with the desire to allow more people to enjoy the "Reiwa" era's "Atashin'chi," a movie comic has been produced. It has been decided that it will be streamed on the official "Atashin'chi" YouTube channel from July 6 (Tuesday) to September 14 (Tuesday).
