In the seagull family living at Tianjin Port, there is a mischievous troublemaker named Chuck who loves playing pranks. He often causes trouble for the family, and everyone dislikes him. However, he possesses the ability to fly without power. An elder seagull named Amber spares no effort, even at the cost of his own life, to teach him the flight equation. In the end, Chuck fulfills Amber’s dying wish and wins the championship in the world competition.
