"The Most Lovable People," a key animation project under the China Dream theme approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television in 2014, was originally produced by Beijing Television's Kaku Children's Channel. It is China's first patriotic heroism-themed animated series centered on the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea. Set against the backdrop of the war, the series narrates the heroic tales of the People's Volunteer Army on the battlefield. It premiered on BTV Kaku Children's Channel on October 18, 2016, consisting of 14 episodes, each 13 minutes long. Every two episodes tell one story, depicting seven typical heroic figures from the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea. The animation unfolds in a chapter-based narrative format, exploring various aspects of warfare such as positional combat, tunnel warfare, surprise attacks, and infiltration tactics. In terms of story selection, it covers significant events from 1950 to 1953, painting a panoramic picture of heroes during the war period.
