Mona the Vampire is hailed as "the girl with the highest IQ in all of Asia" and is also known as "an eccentric sprite in the human world, the crystallization of wisdom and mischief." She wears a floral shawl and has two fangs that glow in the dark, but she is not a real witch—in fact, she is just a 10-year-old girl, a little prankster who is particularly sensitive to strange supernatural phenomena and can influence others to join her in her adventures. With an extraordinary imagination, she creates events in her own life through her fantasies, and these events, in turn, become part of her imagination... She is also a case investigator, accompanied by her peculiar cat, Fang, who also has two fangs. Together, they solve the mysterious and bizarre occurrences in her hometown... Perhaps she isn't a real little witch, but she comes pretty close—she is a little girl brimming with imagination. She creates those events in her life, and those events simply become part of her imagination. Mona is especially sensitive to the weird and supernatural, and she can sway others to join her on her journeys.
