During World War II, the Japanese military secretly launched "Operation 101." Chinese-American woman Li Ling'ai and American journalist Scott rushed to the Chinese battlefield. Amidst a hail of bullets and countless life-threatening dangers, they used a 16mm camera to expose to the world this shocking secret that aimed to destroy all of China. Their efforts won the support of peace-loving nations and people worldwide, who extended a helping hand to China. Their film also received the Special Award for Documentary at the 14th Academy Awards.
