Sidoro and Modoro, twin hippo girls, are practicing dance diligently to perform in a show for the Denden Troupe's performance. Despite practicing every day, they just can't seem to dance well, and the two are losing their confidence. Anpanman, finding the troubled Sidoro and Modoro, consults with everyone at the bread factory, and with Shokupanman's idea, they decide to head to Parasol Land, where the skilled dancing Parasol Parako lives. Meeting Parasol Parako, Sidoro and Modoro are taught by Parako that "the most important thing in song and dance is to enjoy it." Everyone sings many songs and plays hand games together, and movie-exclusive songs like "Ha Hi Fu He Baikinman" (a parody song of "Do-Re-Mi-Fa Anpanman") also make an appearance!
