During a mission, the astronaut mouse squad accidentally drops a compressed capsule containing prisoners into Moon City. The mice hope to recapture the prisoners without anyone noticing. However, the leader of the prisoners, Starson, turns Moon City upside down, while the astronaut mice get entangled in disputes among a few unlucky members of Moon City’s "Alien Conspiracy Investigation Club" and "Paranormal Investigation Club," embarking on bizarre and hilarious adventures. In the end, with the help of humans, the astronaut mice capture all the prisoners. Unexpectedly, the Galactic Police Department then issues an order to turn Moon City into a penal colony for exiled prisoners!
