In a beautiful sea area—Conch Bay, a human boy named Alei lives with his dolphin mother and friends. As he grows up, Alei uses his intelligence to defeat the arrogant shark, winning the championship of the undersea racing competition. He dives into the Horn Trench occupied by the crab army, cleverly rescues the residents of Moonlight Canyon, and repels the attack on Conch Bay by Locke and his crab army. However, the peaceful life of Conch Bay is disrupted by the sudden intrusion of humans. Humans continuously enter the waters of Conch Bay, leading to conflicts with the shark family. After Alei rescues a little girl named Ajing who fell into the water, human scientists discover Alei's traces, and people begin searching for him. Eventually, Alei is captured by humans and taken back to the human world.
