The story follows a former opera star who, by the whims of Fate, is forced to work as a Crocodile—wearing a styrofoam costume to entertain children in a shopping centre's playroom. To the ex-leading tenor, this life seems joyless and even repulsive, leading him to vent his frustrations through rude behavior. That is, until one day, a fateful woman enters his life... and so does a crocodile.
