In a forest filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers, where ancient trees tower into the sky, a young boy named Xiaohu, wearing a tiger-skin hat, finds a round orb emitting a milky-yellow glow. Just as he steps out of the forest, he encounters a tyrannical official. Believing it to be a treasure, the official orders his men to snatch it from the child's hands. Soon, it is the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month. Lanterns and decorations adorn every household in the city, yet the moon in the sky has vanished. The official seems to understand the origin of this treasure and secretly rejoices at the prospect of claiming the moon for himself. As night falls, the little boy sneaks into the official's grand mansion, which stores countless treasures plundered from the people—including Xiaohu's moon. Xiaohu communicates with the moon through his heart and decides to follow its guidance to hang it back in the sky...
