Simba, the little lion's father, the King of the Forest, was tragically killed by poachers, and the jungle throne faces a serious challenge from a tiger. The wolf mother teaches Simba all the skills needed to rule the forest; the little deer Bambi becomes Simba's best friend and strategist. Accompanied by many enthusiastic and loyal friends, young Simba defeats the cunning and cruel tiger's schemes and traps, endures various trials of life such as birth, death, love, and responsibility, and finally, after numerous adventures, ascends to the throne as the King of the Forest.
