While their owner is away, the household pet cat invites stray cats from outside to come over for a party, only to be repeatedly thwarted by Spike. In the end, the cats hold their party up in a big tree and praise Spike and his son Tyke as "good dogs." The two dogs smile contentedly, pleased by the cats' approval.
