Super Star Agent GG Bond fails a rescue mission during a firefighting task due to oxygen deprivation in his mask. Since then, he has developed a stress response to alarms signaling dropping oxygen levels—whenever a similar alarm sounds, he becomes paralyzed. Coincidentally, the agency issues a new mission: a dangerous weapon has been lost in the vast ocean following a plane crash. To prove he is unaffected, GG Bond volunteers to dive alone into the deep sea to search for the weapon. Along the way, he meets a stubborn little fish named Douyazai, who is searching for his missing brother. GG Bond decides to help Douyazai find his brother, unaware that greater dangers await them...
