Scrat, trying to bury his acorn, accidentally activates an abandoned alien ship that takes him into deep space, where he unwittingly sends several asteroids en route to a collision with Earth. This short film, "Cosmic Scrat-tastrophe," created by 20th Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios, elevates the beloved squirrel Scrat to new heights—outer space. "Cosmic Scrat-tastrophe" will be released in North American theaters alongside the animated film "The Peanuts Movie." Additionally, this little squirrel will make a comeback in "Ice Age: Collision Course" on July 22, 2016.
