The film depicts "Zombillénium," a theme park run by the vampire Francis Von Bloodt, who employs werewolves, vampires, mummies, demons, and other creatures associated with dark magic. One day, a young inspector named Hector visits and informs them that "Zombillénium" is unsafe and must be shut down. In order to save his business, Francis bites Hector, turning him into a vampire. Forced to abandon his ordinary life, Hector now has to work at the park, where he befriends the witch Gretchen.
