上京物语

Based on Yasujirō Ozu's "Tokyo Story," this short animated film comically depicts an elderly couple who travel from the countryside to Tokyo to visit their children living in the city. Directed and written by Taku Furukawa of "TarZAN." This work was featured in the special screening series "Taku Furukawa's Animation Toy Box." Produced with the support of the Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Japan.
