"On the tenth day of the month, I accompanied friends to visit the China Film Company. First, Mr. Du Shouqi guided us through various departments, followed by a screening of the new film 'Dog Treats.' This film was primarily drawn by the artist Huang Wennong and took four months to complete. The entire film is over a thousand feet long, with a screening time of about half an hour. The plot is highly amusing, and the action is exceptionally agile. The film features two real characters—one a young woman and the other a street vendor—blending live-action with animation, making it even more interesting. The text in the promotional materials is quite peculiar, carrying a comedic tone. The film consists of only three reels, rented to cinemas at a very low price. Another film is currently being rushed into production, and in the future, both films will be rented out simultaneously to avoid losses."
