"Resistance War Song Collection" is an animated film directed by the Wan brothers during the War of Resistance period. It combines widely popular resistance songs with animation, including "Galloping Horses" with lyrics and music by Xian Xinghai, "The River All Red" composed by Liu Xue'an based on the original poem by Yue Fei, "Protect Our Homeland," "Heroic Women," "Collecting Winter Clothes," and "May Memorial Song" with lyrics and music by He Luting, as well as "To the Frontlines" with lyrics and music by Sheng Jialun, and songs like "The Ballad of the Great Wall" and "Fight Back to Our Hometown" performed by the Wuhan Choir. The meticulously crafted animations by the Wan brothers vividly complement the inspiring songs, boosting the morale of the people.
