"Blood Money" was provided with the script by Star Film Company, drawn by the Wan brothers, and completed by Star Film Company in 1934. The film narrates how a female student, after listening to her teacher's lecture, is led into a reverie: a Chinese man lying on a bed transfuses blood into a package labeled "Made in China," after which the package spews out a large amount of money. The money then transforms into factories, which continuously produce daily necessities, food, as well as airplanes, tanks, and cannons. As a result, the Chinese man stands up, shoulders a gun, and wields a command saber, leading tanks and cannons into battle against Japanese goods, decisively defeating them. The film combines live-action and animation, with the live-action role played by Zhang Minyu.
