Red Bean is a red bean who dreams of being eaten. His soulmate is Pearl Li Jianxun, who only knows useless skills, and the utterly unnoticeable Aloe Anthony, along with the goji berry Zhao Jianguo, who can grow bigger, smaller, and more beautiful... Every day, Red Bean "works" on various desserts and foods—sometimes building a snowman on red bean ice, sometimes watching TV inside a red bean bun, sometimes going on "deep-sea adventures" with Jianxun in bubble tea... He always encounters interesting things during work and chats about bean life with his colleagues. Although Red Bean has yet to fulfill his dream of being eaten, it doesn’t stop him from finding joy in his own world, as he is a calm philosopher.
