This film is adapted from the Oscar-nominated novel "Happy Hand" by Guillaume Laurent ("Amélie"). It tells the story of Naoufel, a young man in love with Gabrielle. In another part of the city, a severed hand escapes from a dissection lab, determined to find its body once more.
