It depicts the ambiguous relationship between twin sisters that goes beyond familial bonds, and the rift that arises between the two sisters due to the appearance of a junior. In the story, Sakurai Yukino and Sakurai Kanade are twins. Influenced by classmates' gossip, Kanade misunderstands that Yukino has feelings for their junior, Kamiyama Sakuya, leading her to distance herself from Yukino. Sensing Kanade's coldness toward her, Yukino boldly confesses her love to Kanade, and the two sisters finally realize that each other is their true love. 　　The sequel to Candy☆Boy, titled "Candy boy," began streaming on the NICONICO animation channel as a web series starting May 2, 2008. Each episode is approximately 15 minutes long, with a total of 7 episodes.
