The first part mainly tells the story of the protagonist Qixiang, who, by chance, obtains a phantom beast named momo. Together with his companions Xuanfu, Xiru, and former-turned-friend Pengte, they save the Earth and uphold peace. The second part mainly follows the protagonist Qixiang, who, by chance, obtains a mysterious card and travels to the Kingdom of Juan for an adventure. Alongside Yuwenshi and Jiyun, he participates in the National Beast Master Tournament and defeats the Spirit Emperor to save the world.
