Warm sunlight gently bathes the lush green grass, yet this golf course, blessed by the sun's grace, appears as if it has just endured a fierce battle. Trees are snapped, turf is upturned, and the ground bears craters left by bomb impacts. But in times of peace, where could war come from? It all stems from the foolish old cat, Tom. His golf skills are abysmal; with every swing, he often sends large chunks of turf flying, while the ball, as if possessing a life of its own, seems determined not to go into the hole. Finally, when he manages to hit what seems like a sure-win shot, the ball pops right back out after entering the hole. This infuriates Tom, who discovers that the hole is home to the little mouse Jerry, whose sweet dreams were rudely interrupted by the sudden intrusion of the ball.
Thus, the humiliated and enraged Tom and Jerry engage in a fierce, trick-filled showdown across the battered golf course...
