On an ordinary and uneventful day, the unlucky little mouse Jerry is once again teased by the cunning and mischievous Tom. He is thrown into a frantic mess by his old rival, desperately trying to avoid him, while Tom seems to be thoroughly enjoying himself, completely unaware of any wrongdoing. Finally, after darting around in panic, Jerry escapes into his hole, and Tom crouches at the entrance, waiting with great interest. To the old cat's surprise, Jerry has no intention of hiding in the hole. Instead, he pokes his head out from the other side of the wall, holding a mousetrap and placing Tom's tail on it, making the old cat taste the pain of being bullied. Enraged, Tom chases after him, only to accidentally bump into the bulldog Spike, who is sleeping at the doorstep of the house.
The furious Spike absolutely cannot forgive the two troublemakers who disturbed his good dream. He bares his sharp teeth and chases after them, forcing the rivals Tom and Jerry to form a united front...
